Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.

Order before 3pm Monday - Friday for dispatch the next same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday up until 3pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays using these services.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We will make every effort to deliver all items within the time stated but on the rare occasion they do not arrive please allow up to 14 working days. For all international orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery depending on your location. Bank holidays are not included. Please double check your delivery details/address when placing an order. Whilst we will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise, we cannot be held responsible or liable for items that go missing due to incorrect delivery details.
