West Midlands prodco develops Industrial Revolution Saga

Birmingham-based production company Checklist Films is developing historical saga The Iron Rose as a returning drama series.

Keith Thomas’ yet-to-be-published book centres on the true story of innovative iron and steel pioneer Robert Forester Mushet during the Industrial Revolution.

Created by Thomas, the Victorian family saga will be delivered as 6 x 60’ episodes, with scripts by John F McDonald.
